Package Lockers at Select Dorms

Housing & Residential Life is excited to offer package lockers for student packages at select dorms. Housing has partnered with Luxer One to bring this safe, secure, and efficient way for students to receive packages on campus.

Package lockers are available for resident use at:

  • Árbol de la Vida
  • Arizona-Sonora
  • Colonia de la Paz
  • Coronado
  • Likins
  • Manzanita-Mohave

Students in all other dorms will receive packages at their front desk.

All regular mail will be delivered to student's personal mailbox.

Residents of these dorms are automatically registered to receive packages but need to finish setting up their account by following these few simple steps:

  1. Visit the Luxer One website: luxerone.com/login and click “Forgot Password”
  2. Follow the prompts to set up your profile and be sure to include any accommodations you may need
  3. Opt-in to receive text alerts if you prefer to receive your package notifications and access code via phone

Packages that are perishable items like food or flowers, or deliveries that require refrigeration are not accepted and will be returned sender. Additionally, students will have 48 hours from delivery to pick up their package before it is returned to sender. An exception to this is the “Hold Package” feature that can be set up in your Luxer One profile.

The locations were selected based on several factors, including building size and package volume.

Tips for Locker Usage

SHIPPING

  • Shipping address will remain the same for all students
  • Remember to always use your preferred name* or legal first name and room number to ensure you receive your packages
  • Perishable items like food items or flowers, or deliveries that require refrigeration, will not be accepted
  • Follow our tips for sending mail to the dorms

PACKAGE PICK-UP

  • When a package is delivered, students will receive an email or text (if opted in to receive text notifications) containing an access code. This code is necessary to open the locker your package is in.
  • Follow the prompts at the locker to get your package. 
  • If you do not pick your package up within 48 hours, it is subject to be returned to sender.
  • Don’t forget to download the Luxer One app on the App Store or Google Play.

*We continue to honor our commitment to residents to prioritize the use of preferred first name for those who have indicated one different from their legal first name. We also include the legal first name to increase the chances that a student will actually receive a package from anyone who might send using that name.
