Winter Closure Dates
| December 10 | Last day of Classes |
| December 11 | Reading Day - No Classes or Finals |
| December 12-18 | Final Exams |
| December 19 | Dorms Close for Winter Break (all students must vacate by 12 noon, except those living in winter break housing). |
| January 11 | Dorms re-open for spring semester |
| January 12-13 | Spring-only residents Move-In |
| January 14 | First Day of Classes - Spring Rent Due |
CLOSING CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Attend your upcoming wing meetings for more information about closing procedures. If you have specific questions, please talk to your RA and review the Winter Closing information.
MAIL & PACKAGES
Mail is not delivered to the dorms during Winter Break (except to the Winter Break Housing dorms). Any mail received during this time is held and delivered when the buildings reopen in January. Carriers can start delivering to all dorms on January 11; sorting and distribution to the dorms should occur by January 12-13.
MOVE-OUT HELP
- Each resident may have help from family or friends.
- Helpers are considered guests. Residents are expected to escort their guests at all times.
- Helpers should be aware of, and comply with, our Policies for Dorm Living.
*Housing staff is unable to provide move-out/loading assistance.
PARKING & LOADING INFORMATION
- Observe all signage and park in legal spaces only.
- Parking & Transportation Services and Housing & Residential Life will not be responsible if you leave items unattended.
