Submit a Maintenance Request

Please sign into your My UAHome housing portal to submit a request: Maintenance Request 

If you need to create a ticket about laundry issues: please submit the request using the WASH-Connect app; visit wash.com/service; call 800-342-5932; or scan the QR code on the machine to report the 6-digit ID located on the equipment. To request reimbursements, please see the information below.

Honors Village: Submit a Maintenance Request

If you haven't submitted a request in Honors Village before:

  • You need to register first.
  • Select “Never submitted a SchoolDude request? Register here!”
  • Use account number #102736384, create an account for the Honors Village SchoolDude system. NOTE: If you have used SchoolDude in the past for other parts of campus, you will need to use an email address with a different domain than the email address you used previously.
  • Select "Register" to finish creating your account! You can then submit requests with the password “password.”

If you are returning to Honors Village: 

  • You'll need to reset your password. Click on "Forgot Password? and follow the instructions.
  • This individual password is in addition to the Submittal Password used to submit requests and this password is: password

Important Information 

  • Response Time: You can expect a response to your maintenance request within 24 business hours, Monday-Friday.  

  • No Appointment Needed: While we are unable to schedule specific appointment times for maintenance, our team will address your request promptly. 

  • Self-Submission: Your RA may not always submit a maintenance request on your behalf. To ensure your request is received, please submit any maintenance needs directly through the MyUAHome portal. 

  • Prepare the Area: Please get the area ready for our staff by moving any personal items. This will help us resolve things quicker and more efficiently.  

  • Roommate Notification: Let your roommate(s) know about the maintenance issue and let them know that staff will be entering the room to fix it. 

  • Immediate Concerns: If you encounter any maintenance issues in the future, please submit your request immediately. Do not wait to report any problems.  

  • For emergencies or urgent concerns, please notify the RA On Duty as soon as possible. Examples of emergency issues may include leaks, flooding, etc. 


Requesting Refunds to CatCa$h:

If you paid for laundry using CatCa$h but the machine did not start or work, you can request a refund to your CatCa$h account. Please email SU-MealPlan@arizona.edu with the following information:
 
  • Name
  • CatCard number
  • Dollar amount requested
  • Date of transaction
  • Machine dorm
  • Machine number

Requesting Refunds for Reimbursements on Damage to Items:

To report an issue with damaged clothing/items, please do one of the following:
 
  1. Submit a service request at WASH.com/request-service.
  2. Use the WASH-Connect app to report the issue.
  3. Call WASH customer service at (800) 342-5932.
Be sure to include the details of the damage and the dorm name and machine number.
 
A WASH technician will contact you to inspect the machine and assess the damaged items (please keep the damaged clothing for evaluation). The technician will then determine whether the damage was caused by a machine malfunction or user error.
 
If the machine is found to be at fault:
  • The technician will complete a damage claim form and arrange for reimbursement.
  • For larger claims, a check will be issued by the laundry vendor. Please note that the reimbursement process may take longer depending on the size and/or complexity of the claim.
