UArizona Dorms Continue to Receive Renovations
As a part of constant efforts to meet the needs of our residents and offer upgraded amenities, Housing & Residential Life continues to update dorms across campus. The most recent round of updates was completed during the summer of 2023; changes ensure more safety, security, and comfort for our Wildcats as they reside within their 'home away from home.'

(Arizona-side): Asbestos abatement of all flooring in resident rooms. Replaced all resident room flooring from carpet to Luxury Vinyl Planks and corridor flooring from broadloom carpet to new carpet tile

The south side entry was restored and repurposed.

The former outdoor laundry space opened for visual access to the parking lot with 2 large permanent solar sun shades and new lounge furniture
- Upper-level patio flooring was restored to its original state with newly painted tables with fiberglass umbrellas and lounge seating
