If you have specific questions or concerns, please reach out to your RA.
University housing residents can submit a maintenance or custodial work order in their housing portal, My UAHome. You can expect a response to your maintenance request within 24 business hours, Monday-Friday. Learn more about maintenance requests here.

For emergencies or urgent concerns, please notify the RA On Duty as soon as possible. (Examples may include leaks, flooding, etc.)
To check and submit your Housing Condition Report:
- Go to your housing portal at My UAHome
- Select "Housing Condition Reports" at the top of the page within seven (7) days of moving in
- If you notice any issues, a staff member will follow up with you

Please visit housing.arizona.edu/dorm-contact-information for each building's mailing address and other information. When sending mail or packages to the dorms, be sure to read this first.

If your dorm has a package locker, follow the set-up information at: https://housing.arizona.edu/news/package-lockers-select-dorms
All regular mail will be delivered to your personal mailbox. Students in all other dorms will receive packages at their front desk.
Recycling is different everywhere, including the dorms. Please visit housing.arizona.edu/recycle to learn more, and follow instructions on the posted signage in your building.
Note: During Move-In Week, cardboard recycling is also available in designated areas. For more information, visit housing.arizona.edu/recycle.
Laundry rooms accept payment via CatCard, using CatCa$h. All of our dorms have laundry facilities with high-efficiency washers at $2.00 per wash and $1.60 per dry ($3.60 per load). Don’t forget to bring the HE-designated laundry detergent!
Students can go to catcash.arizona.edu to load their CatCa$h as frequently as needed. CatCa$h is part of a student's Meal Plan for non-food purchases on campus like printing, short-term parking, and laundry in the dorms. CatCa$h can also be used at select retailers off-campus as a form of payment.
UAWiFi is the University of Arizona’s secure wireless network. UAWiFi is available to all University community members with active NetID. Access to the network requires logging in with a UA NetID and password. Learn how to configure your devices for UAWiFi here.
Questions about the University Wi-Fi network should be directed to the 24/7 IT Support Center at (520) 626-8324.
For console gaming, you should visit the MyDevices website and register the MAC address of your console on the UAGuest wireless network, which is configured for use with gaming consoles.
For Honors Village: The residential areas of the Honors Village use a different third-party internet provider, Pavlov.
1: You must first connect to one of the Wi-Fi networks:
- 5GHz: 5G Honors [Preferred]
- Password: 8884pavlov
- 4GHz: Honors
- Password: 8884pavlov
2: You will then be prompted to set up your own username and password.
