Live on-campus in a dorm that celebrates and centers LGBTQ+2S experiences and community! This new residential program is intended to provide an affirming, welcoming, and comfortable space for LGBTQ+2S (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer + Two-Spirit) residents to connect with other queer and trans students at the UA.
Through a partnership with LGBTQ+2S Resource Center, Marsha’s Place* residents can expect academic, social, and mental health support specific to queer and trans experiences and programs that center anti-racist, anti-colonial, and anti-oppression values.
Located in Yavapai dorm. All rooms in Marsha's Place are Open Housing rooms.
*Marsha’s Place refers to the prominent LGBTQ+2S rights activist Marsha P. Johnson, a prominent figure in the Stonewall riots and co-founder of S.T.A.R. (Street Transgender Action Revolutionaries).

- Submit a housing application in My UAHome
- Pay the non-refundable housing application fee
- The community application process, inside your housing application, opens in December. Space is limited.
